Basics in pattern & fit for design & technology - recognise and fix fit problems (136-EN)

Course description:
This workshop is aimed at designers and clothing technicians and anyone who wants to expand or refresh their basic knowledge of "pattern & fit". Solutions are shown how an optimal and reliable fit can be realised. Furthermore, the basics of clothing sizes, imperfections in the fit of tops and bottoms, as well as simple tailoring solutions that help to develop a better understanding of the pattern and fit in everyday work are presented.

The participants are given the opportunity to send in a model that needs optimisation before the workshop. Solutions for optimising the product are analysed and discussed with the participants based on the sample in the practical part of the workshop. However, this is only an offer and not a prerequisite for participating in the workshop.

Target group:
Designers and clothing technicians and anyone who wants to expand or refresh their basic knowledge of "pattern & fit". Also interesting for specialists from the trade.
