Tips and tricks for a perfect model - widths, materials, variants & accessories (140-EN)

Course description:
The workshop shows how you can create well-fitting model variants from a good basic pattern for women wear. Possibilities in different widths, their interrelationships and examples of the grading processes are presented. Sleeves and collar shapes, fasteners and other details and requirements are discussed. Topics such as comfort with a beautiful silhouette and the influence of the material on the fit complete the content.

The participants are given the opportunity to send in a model that needs optimisation before the workshop. Solutions for optimising the product are analysed and discussed with the participants based on the sample in the practical part of the workshop. However, this is only an offer and not a prerequisite for participating in the workshop.

Target group:
Employees in the design, product development, purchasing and quality management of clothing companies of all kinds, as well as everyone involved in the pattern development and fit assessment of large sizes. Also interesting for specialists from the trade.
